I ordered a noise airbud pro on 23 January which got cancelled on 27th Jan from there side i didn't even cancel it and i still haven't received the refund for the product which was of 2900.
I have complained several times but they don't respond at all. There is no proper customer service executive just automated voices. Whenever i complain they just send a link to register complain and i have done that atleast 20 times but i never received proper response from them neither i got the refund for the product.
Kindly look into this matter and take necessary action. Companies like this are just looting there customer. It was for my brother's birthday which was on 8th Feb and its going to be 8th may now and neither they delivered the product nor did they refunded the amount. Please do whatever necessary.
