I've been a long-time customer of Goetc's car cleaning services, but lately, I've noticed a concerning trend of delays in their service. When I book an appointment, I expect it to be honored as scheduled. Unfortunately, my last few appointments have been postponed, and it's affecting the convenience and reliability of their service. Goetc needs to take immediate action to address these delays.

Customers should not have to endure repeated scheduling changes and inconveniences when relying on a service provider. I hope they will implement a more efficient scheduling system and improve their communication with customers to regain their trust.
