It's reg daily car cleaning service at doorstep by goetc. It was mentioned they have post paid service only for car cleaning. If service was not satisfactory then they can refund the amount on prodata basis. I paid for 3months rs 2100. Expected service start date was sept 1st 2023 but till now none turned up for service. After multiple attempt of request I asked them to refund in 12th sept it was told refund initiated but simply they are telling but neither they initiated refund nor they are responding. Seems kind of fraud as per online review.
