I have made the payment for 3 months in advance for daily car cleaning with GOETC for Rs. 1650. Even after a month, no one has come to clean the car and when I questioned them they said they'll refund the amount but I still haven't received it. I've been chasing them and they keep saying refund is being processed. I don't know how and if I'll get my money back.
