We bought Godrej Split Ac 1.5 ton from Digi Mart, Mission Market, Nagaon Assam on purchased dated 29 September 2023. On dated 15/04/2024 suddenly we feel no cooling issue after that we raised a ticket on toll free no regarding No Cooling issue required Gas Filling having service request number G[Protected]after that NILIMA COOLING CENTRE a person visit after check and said no gas need to gas filling & this was a chargeable service. As we know under warrent gas filling is free from GODREJ.

After that Nilima Cooling Centre person left from here. Few minute later a sms has received here are the details we paste here * Godrej SMS * are closing your complaint no. G[Protected]as you have Refused to pay the visit charges.What a plight that too with a brand like GODREJ. Is any GODREJ Co representative listening to our worse then please intervene and get us justice. I would not suggest anyone to buy any of GODREJ products. WELCOME to miserable state of consumer in India.
