GoAir: Refund for Flight Cancelled by Airline

We booked 3 tickets on GoAir from Leh to Pune via Delhi on 26th April 2021. After reaching airport we were informed that the flight was cancelled. When contacted the GoAir Leh Airport office we were informed to take Leh to Delhi flight and book with another airline for Delhi to Pune.

We were informed by the GoAir personnel that part refund i.e. from Delhi to Pune will be given by the airline and necessary comment has been mentioned by them in your internal system against our PNR. Accordingly we were issued boarding pass against the same PNR only from Leh to Delhi.

We had to book fresh tickets with other airlines from Delhi to Pune on 25th April 2021. Hence please arrange for part refund from Delhi to Pune immediately as the GoAir flight G82513 was cancelled by the airline.

We have been trying to contact the airlines over email and phone but no response. I am in need of funds hence need my refunds immediately.
