I have ordered a makeup kit from the gleaming beautie site of rs 999 from the site and payment has been done on 22march 2022. They said maximum is 12 working days but It's almost 20 days over but I have not received my parcel yet .
I TEXT them all several times but I didn't get any response. They are seeing my text and not receiving my call not even replying my text. Kindly send my parcel asap or refund my money back on priority basis.
They have taken money of rs 999/-. Kindly help me out.
