Glamour Daily Fab: Parcel not received

TIRUCHIRAPPALLI, Tamil Nadu, India

I had purchased two suit pieces from glamour daily fab on 10th November 2022 worth 7100 and they said we will dispatch in a day or two. Its 20 days now haven't yet received my parcel. I wanted those dresses for a wedding.that why ordered in advance. Repeatedly i am asking them to share the courier details and no body is answering.
