I had order 3 suit set from an Instagram page called Glamourdailyfab in January 11,2023. I paid Rs 8970 the same day. Till day I haven’t received any information regarding the tracking id, in spite of repeatedly asking them. It’s been more than a month and they are not replying to the messages. A week back they said if we dint get the Parcel within 2/3 days they will refund the money.

It’s been more than a week after their fake promise. Now they are completely avoiding the calls and messages. We tried to contact them from various insta ids, as soon as we confront them they stop replying. I am so helpless and Do not know what to do about the issue.
