I m register user of genting mall app, today my id is automatically logout or not open again...I reset password but password is error or hack i complaints Manager Karida Harris, I m unable to login my account, they shows password error, even i entered correct password.

My withdraw money not credit to bank, also remaining money in my wallet. But i m not able to login my account, i complaint karrida harris but she nit reply, plz help me to login my account and withdraw my money plz help me plz.
