The order consists of the following items:

Olympic Rod - Rs. 3,300.00 Total Amount: Rs. 85,299.00
Despite numerous attempts to contact Gammagym's customer support, they have not provided any clarification or assistance regarding my order. I have tried calling their phone numbers and sent multiple emails, but they have consistently failed to respond.
As a responsible citizen, I believe it is my duty to report such unprofessional conduct and potentially fraudulent practices to the Department of Consumer Affairs. The experience I have had with www.gammagym.com is far from satisfactory and raises serious concerns about their legitimacy as a business.
I kindly request your office to investigate this matter and take appropriate action against www.gammagym.com to protect the interests of consumers. Furthermore, I would appreciate any guidance on how I can resolve this issue, either by receiving my order or obtaining a refund for the amount paid.
