We have purchased Galanz Washing Machine of amount Rs. 18240 last year and there was a small repair problem for which we lodged a complaint with Galanz Customer Care about 2 months ago and started following up with them but the customer care people are not working on my query and always they are asking us to wait for more time.
I requested them to escalate this call to their escalation manager or concern person who can resolve the problem in my 6-8 calls but they did not do that.
Also I have requested them to arrange a call back to me about the status of my query this is also not done by them.
Hence I approached you, I would request your kind intervention to resolve my problem and getting refund of my washing machine amount and compensation as well since they have simply wasted my time.
