I have ordered a product on 28 jan. And had paid the fund they requested through their official website. Its been few the product haven't received yet. I have tried to contact them through gmail and contact number the are not even responding. The tracking id also not given to me. They courier service shiprocket, they are also not responding to my mails on enquiry about the product.

I am really worried about my money and their services. I want to make sure that this complaint should be considered seriously and should be resolved ASAP. I want the product that i had order or else i want a compensation and refund. This complaint is against gainsx nutrition and shiprocket(courier partner).
