My order number done Feb 2022 was A[Protected]
Invoice number is MH[Protected]
I was looking to return two pieces out of the 3 ordered, but there is no order history available on logging into their website, and had requested them on the mail as well as in the call centre to put in a request for return pick up for the following 2 items:
Product Number: [Protected]
Product Number: [Protected]
After which I had to chase them over mails and phone to get the pick up done for more than 1MONTH.
Finally the pick up was made after 1 month on March 22, 2022
"Your FUTURELIFESTYLEFASH SURFACE package with AWB [Protected]will be picked today by agent 0[Protected]Delhivery"
Now again it's been over 5 months I am still waiting for a refund.... Worst now is, no one is picking up your call centre numbers and neither there is any response on mails, ant website and social media not working too.
MY COMPLAINT NUMBER ON MAIL IS AS MENTIONED BELOW:
