I am a college student from a poor family. I need a online job one day some one tell me on whatsApp freelancers-hub free work for you. And then they ask my aadhaar card and a sign through online.
After the work starts within 2 hours they block my id and ask me to pay 4800 for unblock id it must be refunded to you then I pay it. After the completion of work they says my QC report is fail advocate contact you.
The advocate named sagar sharma has mailed me to pay huge amount. The mail has the following information, " Legal Intimation Email Of Rescinding The Agreement Case. ''
1). We Are An Advocate Associate Hereby To Inform You That The "FREELANCERS HUB" Company Has Sent Your File In Our Advocate Associate Firm To Proceed Further Case Because Your Work Status Is Not Submitted/QC Fail.
1) हम एक एडवोकेट एसोसिएट हैं जिससे आपको सूचित करना है, "FREELANCERS MEDIA" कंपनी ने हमारी एडवोकेट एसोसिएट फर्म में आपकी फाइल भेजी है। आगे के मामले को आगे बढ़ाने के लिए क्योंकि आपका कार्य की स्थिति सबमिट नहीं है या पूर्ण या QC विफल है।
2). Before Providing The Work, The Company Had Given You A Explanation Of The Work In Written And On Call Also , After Confirmation Of Your Company Having Done The Registration.
You Had Received User Id And Password Had Been Sent In Your Registered Email Address. We Have Your Agreement, Acceptance Letter, Id Proof And Voice Recording As Legal Proof .

3). We Also Suggest That Once You Pay This Amount In Good Faith We Will Issue Your NOC Letter Within The Stipulated Time Of 15 Minutes. Hence, We Insist You Pay Your Outstanding To Our Client In Good Faith, So We Can Close Your Case File From Our End.

Then he ask to pay first 7500 and then 12950 *2 and then after he asked to pay 11854*2 I paid the amount because I am very scared of court cases then he has asked me to pay 18500 for final charge and the some amount has been refunded.
