I am a persistent customer of foxy app i purchased some cosmetics from this app before also in my recent order containing order ID [Protected]i ordered 13 products out of which two products are not delivered.

I have tried several time to contact their customer care but there is no response from their side even if they call me back the call and no one respond me even I try to complain on there Whatsapp but didn't get any reply as it is a prepaid order i want my money back as refund or else i want my products.
