I have taken late admission in FIIB for my pgdm (batch [Protected]) at the time of my first term due to some family casualty I wasn’t able to appear in the examination. I told the faculty beforehand for this and they assured me there is no problem and I could retake the term 1 later.

On 17th December they blocked my classes because I wasn’t able to pay my fee for second term as my loan was taking time. In term 2 exams I requested them to allow me to appear for it but they denied saying first clear your dues and you take your term 2 retake exam and term 1.

By the end of term 2 three SIPs (internal assessment) were given I had submitted them but they didn’t evaluate it because my classes were blocked. After term 2 examination they asked me to clear my dues in order to continue with term 3 classes my loan was taking time so I arranged it from my relatives and paid the dues.

I started taking my term 3 classes and my preparation for term 1 retake examination. Then on 12th feb I received a mail saying you can’t continue with this batch as you haven’t appeared for term 1 and 2 examination and even you haven’t done ur SIPs.

They stated I could continue with the next batch and my paid fee will be then settled but now I don’t want to continue with this college and want my complete refund but they aren’t ready for it. They have even given demand letter for loan procedure after term 2 exams and once the loan was sanctioned and in the processing phase they did this.

They never mentioned anything about how I won’t be allowed to continue with this batch or that they won’t refund the fee or anything.
