I ordered a Jersey on 27 June prepaid,Its 14 July today and Still no Update on it,whenever I mail them they say it would take 2-3 days to reach,I just get a message stating the jersey has been packed and thats it,no other updates on the product my father paid for online,this is a disgrace,they claim big things on their site but are frauds,I want my Refund ASAP.
In a country where football is growing very fast,us football fans want jerseys to wear,same for me I want my Jersey to have my name on the back and paid 1100₹ for it,I am utterly disappointed with FootballMonk’s customer service and email s,playing with emotions is not good at all,the only thing that hurts most is that it was my father’s money,I WANT A REFUND.
