On my 23rd birthday, my parents bestowed upon me a new watch from Flipkart's Wizrob Fashion seller, a gift that held sentimental value. As months passed, the watch encountered issues, prompting me to seek assistance at a local shop. The shocking revelation unfolded as they identified it as a duplicate. Seeking confirmation, I visited two more shops, and their unanimous verdict echoed the initial sentiment.
Despite persistent attempts through multiple calls to Flipkart, my hopes were dashed when I learned that the return policy had expired. The emotional weight attached to the watch intensified as I had invested a substantial amount in it. The realization that the product I received is not authentic has left me disheartened and frustrated. This situation has significantly eroded my trust in both the seller and the platform.
Now standing at a crossroads, I grapple with uncertainty about the next steps to take. Considering the magnitude of the issue. I am unable to know what to do now apart from amount this watch has lot of emotions attached to it being given by my parents how can people can deceive normal person like us and Play with our emotions I want to action should be Wizrob Fashion for selling duplicate watches and big companies like Flipkart should take responsibility to check who are seller on their website and Titan to cancel dealership with fraudsters like Wizrob Fashion.
