I order a shoe from Flipkart but after ordering i didn't like the color so for that I cancelled my order. I already done my money transfer and pay was done Through Google pay application while ordering the shoe.

But now when I asked for refund they say it was done from them but in my google pay application i didn't find any received money. In google pay application it only shows the transaction which I did with Flipkart.

The money which Flipkart us saying that they where given is not showing. And when I talk with customer service no of Google pay application they says there is no money transfer is their from Flipkart.

By investing the reference number provided by Flipkart, google pay no such reference no is there like this. When I type the same reference number, when I call to bhim customer service number in that also they say the reference number is not valid. What should I do now.
