Today I received a product Computer Processor AMD Ryzen 7 5600x for 1585 INR by so called open box delivery. The delivery boy checked for damages, Missing item and correct product. He didnt allow me to check untill i provide OTP. The delivery executive just peeled of a sticked and opened in a horrible manner. He didn't show the seal before open. Opened by himself and took photograph of cpu fan only . He didn't have knowledge about the product i ordered.

Just showed me one side and ask for OTP before he handed the product to me.He didn't offer any opportunity to look before OTP verification. And he flew away immediately. I came to home and inspected the product and found the thermal paste supposed to be pre applied and intact in cpu fan was dried and wiped. And processor also had traces of thermal paste in it. It seems the processore used by someone and retuned. Flipkart resaled it to me for higher price. I need to return or replace for the Same. I hope flipkart will look into this issue and allow me to purchase more products in future.Please look in to my request as soon as possible.
