I had ordered a ram of ₹2652 for my laptop on 28th April, 2022. On 3rd may 2022, I got my product delivered but unfortunately it was not the one I had ordered, it has different model number and hence was not compatible to my laptop.
I complaint Flipkart team the same day and they told as refund policy is not available with that product, so we will replace it with correct one. The replacement was to be delivered upto 12 may, 2022.
It arrived my doorstep on 11th may but the delivery person told that there is some technical issues so they can't deliver that day and so he rescheduled the delivery to 15th may 2022.
I received a message 'out for delivery' on 15th may but no one came to deliver. I raised a complaint the next day and flipkart team told me that they will make it delivered by 19th May 2022.
But again it wasn't delivered, I complaint so many times but they told to wait for 48 hrs or 2 days. Now today is 23rd may and I didn't get my product delivered. Even today when I speak out to them they again told to wait upto 24th may.
I hope my issue will get resolved as soon as possible.
