On 28th October my phone arrived which I ordered from Flipkart. The delivery agent did not complete the open box delivery and left hastily. I called customer care immediately, to tell what happened and ofcourse my screen had scratches. My issue was supposed to be solved by 12th November, meanwhile they askes me to submit multiple documents and I had to call them many times. Suddenly today evening they have rejected my return request on the grounds that the courier service provider has said that the item was intact.
I want proof that the product was intact during delivery because I'm sure there isn't any proof and Flipkart is just harassing their customer. I had bought another phone this year from Flipkart, for my mother and I've had no issues regarding it. Why isn't Flipkart providing solutions to their old trusted customers?
