Flipkart: Refund Payment

I had ordered the product from Flipkart but I didn't like the product because of some deficiencies. Then I had returned my product but I didn't get my refunded payment yet.

I had returned my product on 5 may but till now my problem was not solved. I had tried many time to solve my problem from Flipkart but I didn't get any response from there side.

Flipkart customer care always says that we will call you in next 5 minutes. They always said that after this call we will send a link to your phone number but I didn't get any sms or link I am very in need of my money this time.

Every time they said that due to some technical issues we can't send your to your bank account. They also say that your bank details are wrong. I very disappointed to Flipkart this time.

Every time I will call to customer care they always says that Go to your Flipkart ACCOUNT, the click on my orders, then track your order and there my product had been refunded but I didn't get my refunded payment yet.

This time Flipkart services had disappointed me a lot. Please help me to solve my problem as possible as.
