Flipkart: Refund Not Issued After Returning Defective Product; Flipkart.com

Hi Team i have ordered Wakefit Mattress on Flipkart and since it's defective i have returned the product and Product is picked up by the seller Wakefit and confirmed in official mail as well.

But Flipkart does not initiated refund and raised many complaints but without resolution they closed the ticket it's been almost 2 weeks. I have wasted so much time in raising complaints and still no use.

Reached Flipkart Customer care people many times and they are just creating tickets with out providing any resolution. I have attached proof as well from the Wakefit seller asking Flipkart to initiate a refund but still they are not responding.
