Flipkart: Refund not initiated after 11 days of cancellation

I have bought 6 products from flipkart.com on 23rd april 2022, order id OD[Protected]worth 109638 using my credit card.. For some reason I had to cancel the order on 26th.. Since then I am ssking for refund but they are giving me fake timaframe..refund has not been initiated yet.. who will pay the interest on credit card..
