I ordered portable mini air cooler and I received a broken product then I raised a complaint to replace and they the replaced the product with this (attached image) after this i call their customer support staff.

They said we will solve your issue in 2 days you have to raise a refund i did what they say and now it’s 6th day of my complain and 14th day of the product I delivered this is serious sir.

They are fooling us i see a lot of complaints in google youtube by many peoples.
