I have ordered 2 products from Flipkart. One was curtain and other was smartwatch. They deliver both products in same packet. The delivery boy come and ask for OTP before giving me packet.

I tell him OTP and he give me the packet. The packet was already open and there was no smartwatch. I immediately call delivery boy that I can't receive this as it is open, he said that your watch is in Flipkart office.

You have to go there so I call Flipkart customer service and told them my issue. They assure me that I will get refund but now they keep rejecting it. I have call them so many times but they are not giving my money neither giving product.

I'm very frustrated and that's why I'm complaining against it. Please help me out. This is mental harassment. Please please help me out.
