Respected Sir/Madam,
My name is Mohd Abuzer Khan, I had ordered a cell phone online. One Plus Nord CE2, 8 GB variant mobile from Flipkart Online few days back. Received a Flipkart package which I had opened and noticed the package inside which contained the cell phone had different pricing detailing and was of different variant.
Phone ordered for the 8 Gb variant and received for 6 Gb variant, IMEI number that's known for phone tracking number which is totally different from the bill I received, The amount I have spent was for 8 GB variant that was off INR 25999 and the packaging of sealed mobile which I didn't open for now for the lower variant mentioned was of less amount.
I did complain to Flipkart but they are not responding have also applied for return in the Flipkart App. Yet there is no update about what's happening and I have also checked the status on the App they have still not accepted my return.
This rising concerns have impacted me financially as I have ordered the phone on EMI there is mental harassment happening as I have already paid the amount for the phone received the default detailing low range variant but still waiting to hear from them.
It's getting stressful and a regular mental harassment where my EMI has already started the things has not been resolved, doing the follow up everyday which ends up no where.
Please it's my humble request I have spent my hard earned money to buy a phone and looking for the solution as it's consuming my time, my mental health and money. Hoping it to get it resolved soon.
