Non Delivery Of Purchased Item On Time

I have ordered oppo K10 on flipkart on 14 April 2022, which was supposed to be get delivered on April 20, 2022. But till now its not yet shipped from sellers address. I have complaint and asked to expedite the delivery.
But its the same case, yet today its not shipped nor they are updating about the issue and when they are going to deliver the same that also i have no clue.
