I purchased a acer laptop which was supposed to be quad core. The delivery guy told me is an open box so i can't return and i have to check if everything is in the box before i pay, frankly speaking, the packaging contains everything. I tried to turn on the laptop but wasn't turning on due to battery low and he told me to charge it for 4 to 6 hours before i use. After charging the laptop, i found out they delivered dual core processor laptop not quad core of which i ordered.
I made a complain to the customer care and they gave me fake assurance that a replacement has been placed and the technician will come to my house to check. Technician visit date was 9th may 2023 and as at now no visit from Jeeves. I called Flipkart again but they are refusing to talk to me on my issue. The first complain i made, they wrote back to me saying: Sorry, the seller is unable to fulfill your return request for acer Ex.... Please check your email for more details.
