Flipkart: Lack Of Service

I purchased one plus neck band from Flipkart now they are denying the request without any cause, i want my full refund amount Rs. 1939, order on 22 May id od[Protected], which was delivered on 27 May.

As it ear buds is not properly fixing in my ear n i also have low sound during incoming voice call, Flipkart executive response is to contact one plus, when i contacted them,they r saying u purchased from Flipkart talk to them.

Flipkart is denying for return when its ear bud is not fit on my ear, nor it is comfortable to me, so what should i do with this they are saying that there is only replacement, by replacement my problem won't sort out, flipkart closed my return request without any explaining any reason.
