Fraud With Customer

I ordered clothing from Flipkart sold by "LUMINARY LIFESTYLE PRIVATE LIMITED, WAREHOUSE Saidham, G warehouse, At village- Dohale, Post Padgha, Opp Vaishnavdevi Mandir, Taluka Bhiwandi, Dist Thane.
I ordered size S costing: 219, while seller delivered size L, so I contacted flipkart to create a replacement for this product so they forward a replacement request to the seller which was cancelled by the seller end after one day with reason saying that.
The courier partner has confirmed that the product was intact". So I contacted flipkart again with same concern and they forwarded replacement request to the seller again but the seller cancelled the replacement request again with same message.
As of now I can tell that this seller is trying to fraud with customers in name of Flipkart. I tried checking the company name and it seems suspicious as no contact Information was there and no official site of the company was found.
I have all the legal and valid proofs that will put the seller behind the bars. I am also attaching Tax Invoice of the product.

I used twitter to tweet this issue and after that the social handle team of Flipkart contacted me and immediately solved the issue

This company(Luminary lifestyle Pvt Ltd, Haryana Unit) did fraud with one of my friend of Rs 17000. They did not deliver product and telling we delivered the product to customer.
Reply I have Purchase Thomson Led Smart Android Tv from flipcart , seller name is the luminary lifestyle pvt ltd. They are neither replace my product nor refund. I suggest you all dont by from this above mentioned dealer.
