Guys we had purchased a 6 seater dining table from flipkart. Within one month the table started getting dismantling. When we complained with flipkart, they asked us to contact the furniture dealer. But on contacting them we did not receive any response so we contacted flipkart again. This time they arranged a inspection of the existing table and then a exchange. Inspection was done with all table images sent.
After that the new dining table came and the pickup of the old table was arranged. The pickup date came but no one came. We again called back flipkart regarding this, they again scheduled a pickup, but no one came. Next we again called up flipkart, but this time they gave the resolution of either dispose or use the old table.
This was real frustrating, after all these conversations they ask you to dispose the product. Now we asked them in writing relating this - flipkart mentioned they have no such process. The reason for this writing is, in future flipkart should not come back asking for their product.
