Hi, I ordered a tempered glass for my vivo x60 from Flipkart on April 11. It was delivered fine, the packaging was fine. But the product is not compatible with my phone it's for Vivo s1 pro/Reno 6/redmi k20.

So i immediately asked for a refund and they said the refund is issued and it will be credited by April 15th (attaching the screenshot). After a whole week, no news about refund and now they are saying it's a non returnable item.

So nothing can be done. And no refund is possible. Flipkart is indirectly saying, there is nothing we can do, do your best with that tempered glass, where I payed my money to get the one, that is proper for my phone and received, a different product.
