I agreed to exchange my old Nitro 5 series gaming laptop for Acer predator neo 16. My old laptop was valued to be 17.5k if in perfect condition. The delivery guy came to my house and was being shady. He started sending photos of my laptop to some other guy on whatsapp and when I questioned him he said it is his superior. After 30 mins of inspection he couldn't find a single problem even though he wanted to somehow so he made up a false problem and said I have discoloration on my screen.

I asked him to show me the discoloration because the screen was completely fine and he even opened web browser and stuff and it was working perfectly. He said it is if I say it is and he asked for 6000 rupees as now the discount price would be less that 17.5k. I protested and asked him to let me talk to his superior but he wouldn't let me. This is a straight scam. I am writing from the same laptop. Acer showroom didn't find any discoloration on my screen. I cancelled my order. This is all a scam.
