I am writing to express my deep concern regarding an issue I have been facing with my recent Flipkart Grocery order.

I had ordered a total of 16 items, including 2 units of Sunny 5L Sunflower Oil, each priced at Rs. 540. However, to my disappointment, only one unit of this essential item was delivered to me. I understand that occasional errors can occur, but this oversight has caused significant inconvenience.
I promptly raised a complaint through the Flipkart support system not once but twice, and each time I followed the requested procedure of providing unboxed images to substantiate my claim. To my surprise, my refund requests were rejected both times without any clear explanation.
In an attempt to resolve this matter, I reached out to the Ekart courier service in my area. They confirmed that the missing item was indeed not delivered as part of my order. What has raised my concern further is that the Flipkart investigation team has not contacted the courier partner to verify whether the item was missing or not.
It is disheartening to experience such a discrepancy and then have my refund requests rejected without proper investigation.
I kindly request that you review my case once more, taking into account the confirmation from Ekart that the item was missing. I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and a swift resolution to ensure that I receive the missing product or a refund for the undelivered unit of Sunny 5L Sunflower Oil.
