Delivery guy's unethical and unprofessional behavior and Negligence

I ordered a mobile from Flipkart Big Billion Sale 2023 on 7th oct, 2023 which was supposed to be delivered on 8th Oct, 2023 but due to some issue got postponed to 9th Oct, 2023 but again on 9th oct, the delivery guy came at 5PM and told he forgot evaluating device and will be back by 5:30PM I waited for an hour and the location is commercial building. I still waited till 9:38PM on road but he did not come.
On 10th Oct also the delivery boys are not picking phone call and flipkart customer support executives are just saying some standard lines.I want my order but I am not even able to cancel neither contact them.
