I bought an item from Flipkart on 30th April worth 625 rupees. I didn't receive the item which I have ordered. the item was of less quantity. I raised replacement by calling Flipkart Customer Care on 6th May.

Replacement item came on my door step on 13th may but delivery agent denied to pick up previously delivered less quantity item and not delivered the same replaced item.

Contacted Flipkart Customer Care regarding this issue multiple Times. neither they replaced my item nor delivered the same replaced item. This is the clear scam done by Flipkart with me by stealing my money, With their delivery scam.

I want compensation from Flipkart, they have cheated me by sending less quantity wrong product with less amount. I ordered 96 pieces of item. Delivered 12 pieces of item.

Delivery agent himself was fraud, customer care of Flipkart not even care about their customer to investigate the matter. I am facing mental stress for this issue, I bother about my money.

Flipkart Customer Care gave me false assurance instead try to cover up. I want my money back.
