I have ordered a noise wireless bluetooth headset but I received a damaged and scratched product also not working. I am not able to pick another order due to not present on the same place and I a now currently prented where are not delivered.

But customer helpline not helped also the way of talking is like they are beating. And they cut the call without any reason. Please help me in receiving refund and also punish the customer care. I am very stressed because it's a big amount for me.

I am not happy with online shopping. It's a scam for me.Seller are not giving any option all problem raised by him and Company. Flipkart customer care is also not. I have no idea about that refund is not possible.

But 1 month ago I have ordered I get easily refund but this time I have to face many problems.
