Complaint regarding fraudulent delivery - WIZROB FASHION

Hello.
I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a distressing incident that occurred during my recent purchase of a Casio watch from an authorized seller listed on your website, Wizrob Fashion, through the Flipkart platform.
On [30th June], I placed an order for a Casio watch (Order ID: OD[Protected]) as a gift for my father, who is a passionate collector of Casio watches. As a loyal customer and admirer of your brand, I trusted that purchasing from an authorized seller, Wizrob Fashion, would ensure the authenticity and quality of the product.
However, upon receiving the package, I was dismayed to discover that the watch was a clear counterfeit and appeared to be a used item(100% DUPLICATE GSHOCK WATCH). The disappointment was further compounded when I researched Wizrob Fashion's reputation and found numerous complaints on Twitter and other platforms regarding their fraudulent practices, specifically in delivering fake watches to unsuspecting customers. It seems I am not the first victim of this deceitful behavior. To make matters worse, Wizrob Fashion has been uncooperative in approving my return request.
I am reaching out to you, as the reputable manufacturer and guardian of the Casio brand, with the hope that you will assist me in resolving this matter. I kindly request your intervention to ensure that justice is served and that I receive the genuine Casio watch I had intended to gift my father.

As a loyal customer, it deeply saddens me to encounter such fraudulent practices associated with an authorized seller listed on your website. However, I remain optimistic that Casio will uphold its reputation and take appropriate actions to rectify this situation. Should my trust be broken, regrettably, I will be left with no choice but to pursue legal recourse and utilize social media platforms to expose this scam and protect other potential victims.

I received wrong model but tags attached to watch are similar to the original one from website. ( A big scam never ever made). Check the seller name before buying Casio watches from Flipkart. NOTE:- If the seller name is Wizrob fashion, don't ever buy the product
