About Too Delay Of Ordered And No Any Responsibility

I ordered a product on Flipkart on 14/04/2022. Time of delivery of this product was 17/04/2022, but it's not delivered and they take a time again of 21/04/2022, and that time product was not delivered again.
And when I call to customer y he/she put my call on hold for a long time and then they deduct my phone. Its had prepaid. And then he cant refund me against my ordered. Please help me.
