I am Advocate Ruby tomar.
On 21 Jan 22 I ordered a sari from flipcart in which refund/return policy was there, invoice attd. Sari was delivered in time, payment was cod. I placed return request on same day or next day. My request was accepted. After few fays my request was cancelled without any reason. I made call and asked reason they they told product not yet delivered. I shared invoice and images of product as they asked. But till now my refund not given to me. Regularly i spoke with them since last more than 30 days. But till now issue not resolve. I request for refund of sari rs 999 and compensation rs 100000. So they will not harras other for flipcart mistake. Action plz
