It's been almost 2 months but still firstcry is not giving my refund 440rs & 697rs. On 24 Oct 2021 they said that they had done the transaction to my account and gave me transaction I'd manually, not any pdf image proof of their transaction, but it's not updated in my bank account.

So I called them and they to give them my bank statement details as a proof that I didn't got any refund amount. So I gave it to them but still again they argue with me and said that problem is from my bank only.

So ask my bank to give us in written that problem is not from my bank, but bank people said that if transaction is done successfully then amount will get credited automatically, there is no role of bank to hold no the transaction.

I am fed up from Firstcry people harassment they have wasted my so much time by making me to visit bank again and again. I have given them all proof which they had asked for.

But they didn't gave me any proof about their transaction statement. They are really not ready to accept that problem is from their side in their transaction.
