I have ordered a product and didn't got the delivery from fashionsfree I called up to fashionsfree customer care phone number[Protected]to track my order n asked for order id and he said d order could not be send to u and he is asking for a more payment to get my refund of rs 299 and took rs 2000 fraudulently saying after completing this step u will get whole refund of money and no returning my money back.
And asking for more payment to be done for my refund of this rs 2000 and rs 299 of that product. plz help me to sort out this.

Payment of Rs.299.0 for your last transaction (ID: fyza-uc16-am6h) on FASHIONES FREE via Card/Netbanking is successful on 22 Feb, 2021. Item ordered not delivered so far. It's a fraudulent site with sole purpose to cheat small amounts in large number of people.

Fraud Platform, I have ordered on 12th of March 2021 still not received my product, and I am calling customer care number and telephonic cassette speaks our customer service is currently close please call on this time and that time....what to do any suggestion...??
