I was ordered a Jeans from fashion beauty bar through Instagram and i get a damaged cloth i paid 530 rs for it at the time of delivery on the date 17/03/2022

Please do something regarding this and help me out i will more thankful. I have messaged them but they are not replying me they also told that there is a 5-7 day return policy.

But now they are not doing anything and even not seeing my messages. It comes under online spam i have reported about it but there is no outcomes i am requesting that please help me out for getting my money back anyhow.

Their social media that is Instagram id is @fashion_beauty_bar. please suggest me something that what should i do now. it's totally fraud and spam. I am damn sure they many customers like me falls in their trap i need help.

And i got it on cash on delivery so i want my money anyhow through online pay or in bank but i want so please it's my humble request to do something for this kind of stuff.

And from the next time i will aware of everything and will do not shop through any social media and will not believe on this kind of fake advertisements.
