The case is that I received a coupon from eyemyeye that I was eligible for a discount of 1000 rupees and I'm the terms it was even there that no minimum purchase condition but when I went for check out it showed a convenience charge of 349 rupees because the bill was less than 349 rupees.

So I want a claim for this issue as soon as possible and if it was there policy then they would have mentioned it in the terms and condition.
