We got the Aqua guard Water purifier FULL KIT changed through this dealer 2.5 months back and it is found that membrane that they installed was damaged or not set up correctly due to which it got damaged with time. Membrane is still under warranty but they are refusing to replace it and asking for money. EURO H2O Solution is truly a fraud company. They have even changed their name as when we called the lady on helpline number she did not know the company name whom she was representing or was scared to confirm the name due to the bad company reputation from before. She was not apologetic, instead started talking rudely later.

There is no GSTIN and other details on the bill, neither the lady is ready to provide them now. It is quite apparent that these people initially accept requests from far off NCR regions including Gurgaon and install faulty products thinking that customers will find difficult to reach their Shops after they have blocked our numbers from calling them. The mental harassment I have received by doing the hundreds of follow-up calls with both shop and dealer is worth noting down. Legal action must be taken against these fraud companies to stop them from fooling innocent people in future.
