I have purchased Eureka Forbes much hyped product Forbes Voice Nuo vacuum cleaner in July '23 . I was promised good service and quick after sales support . But to my utter shock the Vacuum cleaner never worked properly from day one and even after raising repeated complaints in their App no service personnel visited till date . Also the mischief played by them is they cancel the Service request and send a message that the request has been cancelled on our request.

I didn't find contact no of a Eureka Forbes fellow in their website and the contact no given is of a call center where you are promised the complaint will be attended in 24 hours but nothing happens .Only you will find exorbitant amount deducted against the talk time which they keep for a long time asking all types of silly questions . i advice all to think twice before purchasing a Eureka Forbes product.
