I have ordered a Saree on 27th Nov 2021 and delivered saree was completely different which reached on 5th Dec 2021, sent the product back on my own cost to their office on 5th day.

They refused to entertain it, even accept the order back and asked to courier it. After much persuasion, they have written that we agree for exchange but not conveying how it can be.

Neither refund, nor exchange and no response of mail, phone calls. what to do these cheaters! My 2000 rupees product is hanging apart from 200 rupees couriers charges, can anybody help or should I move to consumer commission.

If anybody can help.
